Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We require 48 hours’ notice for any cancellation or reschedule. Appointments canceled without proper notice or no-call/no-shows will incur a $55 fee, payable before future appointments may be scheduled.
If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled to respect our schedule and other clients. The cancellation policy will apply.
